Signature 5 policies:
At the time of booking your appointment, there will be a deposit to hold and confirm the appointment. This will be deducted from your total service amount. We all value our time and would like to make the most of it. In an event you have to cancel, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so, will result in not receiving a refund of the service holding fee. Multiple cancellations may result in the ability to not book future services. As a licensed professional, I have the right to refuse any service that may cause or inflict any type of concern to your skin.
Pre & Post Service: Prior to service you will receive a consultation, initial patch test, and also pre and post procedure material. At this time it is asked that the client advise of any concerns, or medical issues. This will decrease the chance of having an allergic reaction. It is asked that you follow pre and post procedures to maximize your results.
Skin Concierge travel payment: A 50% deposit will be required to book an event. The remaining balance may be due 72 hours before the start time of the event (based on event). Each attendee will be required to fill out a medical/skin questionnaire. In the event you should need to cancel, you may do so up until 72 hours of the scheduled event time. If cancellation is within alloted time, you will receive a refund of the initial deposit.
Purchase Policy: All items are purchased at client's discretion. Signature 5 Skincare products should not be used as a medical diagnosis. For medical diagnosis, questions or conditions please contact a treating physician for any medical concerns. By purchasing Signature 5 Skincare products, the purchaser acknowledges that all ingredients and warning instructions have been reviewed. The purchaser is also responsible for using the product for recommended use only, and will only use products as instructed.
Product return policy: Any unused Signature 5 Skincare items that's damaged during shipping may be exchanged for equal or lesser value. For a valid return, items must be returned within 48 hours of receipt. Once received,you will receive a email on what to expect next.
